In providing this legal service, we are acting as an attorney at law of client in order to represent, accompany, and defence the client facing the case before the court. Litigation service encompasses a number of cases at General Courts, Administrative Courts, Religious Courts, Commercial Courts, Constitutional Court, etc..

We handle the legal problems of client through out-of-court settlement mechanism in terms of alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration, mediation, conciliation, and negotiation. About the Founder

Manan Law Office

is founded and managed by Munafrizal Manan, S.H., S.Sos., LL.M., M.IP., M.Si., a licensed Lawyer who has been practising law in terms of both litigation and non-litigation. He has various educational, training, and experience backgrounds.

Besides having Bachelor of Law (S.H.) degree, he also has Bachelor of Public Adminstration (S.Sos.). He also has postgraduate degrees in Political Science (M.Si.), International Politics (M.IP.) from Australia, and Law (LL.M.) from the Netherlands. He wrote a thesis on Indonesian constitutionalism using constitutional law and political science approaches at the University of Melbourne in Australia. He had been taught to be familiar with case law analysis while studying at Universiteit Utrecht in the Netherlands. Living in the two different legal system countries taught him how common law and civil law work.
